About Us
Something Sweet Without Wheat was started in August of 2010 by Christine and Sandy, two sisters out of Stoneham, MA. They were raised with a passion for baking anything and everything for their families, until both were dramatically affected by food allergies. Christine and Sandy would not settle for having mediocre foods and desserts for their kids, especially since food had been such a huge part of everyone's lives. so they began experimenting with recipes and tweaking each one to their specific needs. Family and friends gave Christine and Sandy such great reviews, they decided to try selling these products at the Stoneham Farmer's Market. A year later Something Sweet Without Wheat has been moved out of the house kitchen and into a commercial bakery located in Woburn, MA. These products are available in 60+ locations, including 1-800bakery.com allowing these fabulous products to be shipped all across the world! After all doesn't everyone deserve to have something sweet...without wheat?
